Call us or use our contact form to schedule an appointment. Be sure to tell the receptionist that you’d like to schedule an evaluation for your child’s breathing. We will need a full set of x-rays from your existing dentist or we will need to take our own.
On your first visit with Dr. Ezekowitz, she will meet you and your child and after a review of the medical history, she will perform an examination of the mouth and jaws.
Dr. Lindi Ezekowitz does not contract with any insurance companies directly and accepts payment for services at the time of service. Typically HealthystartⓇ appliances are not a covered benefit under medical insurance. Learn more on our financial information page.
